US-816CNC is a device that can be used as both a common compression spring and a scroll spring for an automobile engine belt tensioner. The device has a reasonable structure and a high degree of automation. The eight axes can run synchronously or in a single step, and the computer interface can be switched between Chinese and English, which is easy to operate. Widely used in the production of scroll springs for car seat recliners and scroll springs for car engine belt tensioners in the automotive industry.

The machine can roll flat wire 4×16 material scroll springs and round wire 8mm wire compression springs. The production rate of scroll spring is 3-5 pcs/min.
